M. El Hout

Founder & CEO

The driving force behind our esteemed establishment. With a solid foundation in engineering, backed by an MSc degree, he brings  more than 18 years of practical experience to the table. His martial prowess is unparalleled, boasting more than 25 years of mastery in martial arts and knife fighting. As a certified firearm instructor, his expertise extends to weapon-based training, ensuring a comprehensive approach to security. His credentials in hostile environment close protection demonstrate his adaptability in high-risk scenarios. For more than 5 years, he has been a dedicated Aikido instructor, and his dedication to the craft is evident with a black belt in Kali Eskrima & knife fighting. A decade-long journey in Kickboxing and Muay Thai underscores his versatility, while his certification in the elite combat system showcases his commitment to the highest standards of martial training. His multifaceted expertise sets the visionary direction for our company.

W. El Kharsa

Instructor and Operations Manager in Lebanon

At the helm of MESA’s VIP protection courses, brings with him an unparalleled 16 years+ of expertise in close protection. His illustrious journey includes the esteemed responsibility of serving as the prime minister’s bodyguard. This role, coupled with his vast experience, positions him as a true authority in safeguarding high-profile individuals in a multitude of challenging environments.

V. Hadjizacharias

Instructor and Operations Manager in Cyprus

At the heart of MESA’s firearms courses stands V. Hadjizacharias. A master tactician, his 20 years+ of experience spans elite military units. His unparalleled expertise in both handgun and carbine operations positions him as a pivotal figure in MESA’s training framework.

H. Sadiku

Lead Combative and Training Instructor

Originating from Eastern Europe, he naturally embraced disciplines like wrestling, judo, and sambo. His adeptness in martial arts led him to specialize in combat systems for military and law enforcement. With a Master’s in Conflict Studies from Tokyo and significant experience in global private security, his close combat skills have been refined across Europe, Russia, and Japan.

A. TOUNSI

Instructor and Operations Manager in France

MESA’s hand-to-hand and combat fighting courses are led by the unparalleled A. Tounsi. At 45 years old, A. Tounsi boasts an impressive lineage deeply embedded in martial arts and elite combat training. He has practiced Karate for over 30 years and has immersed himself in Kali Eskrima and self-defense for more than 14 years.
